Steps for flashing.... as shown in video

    1) You will first have to unplug the PXL and then holding the POV
(center) hat switch to the left or west, plug in the USB cable

    2) Hold the button to west and give a few seconds for the unit to get
into flash mode, count to 5 and let button go !

    3) Start the USBFlash.exe program, it should see the controller, if it
says no device found, it is not in flash mode, try again unplug and
plug holding the hat switch west.

    4) Select the new firmware and hit the Flash Firmware button.  Will
take a few minutes and give a few messages.

    5) when it's done your not !  UNCHECK the "force flash mode" button
and then hit done key !  Now your done

    6) unplug and plug in again, run the AKIConfig.exe program and it
should show the new firmware number.

Not in video but important !  All the calibration settings are wiped
out, you will now have to calibrate !

    1) You can load your existing Keystick config from the resource CD,
will have to save after loaded and then unplug/plug again.

OR - If this fails you can calibrate by hand also !

    1) Run the AKIConfig.exe:  in Joystick mode (the default setting at
top of dropdown menu) go into keystick setup.  When in the keystick
setup you can move the joystick around and see the yellow + move
around.  It will NOT be in middle of the graph.  Use the adjustment
arrows to make the red box smaller and centered on the Yellow + the
red box should be just a little larger than the Yellow +.  This is the
deadzone and if your controller is a little loose the deadzone needs
    to be bigger !

    2) Also, in the analog setup on the AKIConfig.exe program,  you will
need to UNCHECK the analog 4, 5 and 6 and then save and unplug and
    plug.

After the Keystick config is loaded or made by hand, try out the
keystick in notepad or a game.  May need to reboot to have all buttons
show up and the phantom key holds stop.  99% of the time you have to
reboot so just reboot and test.
